- how to reduce stress and help your body and mind function at their best
- tools and techniques you need to unlock your body’s natural healing power
- how to work with your meridian energy
- and develop skills as a caregiver to family and friends
I can’t emphasise enough how easy and do-able these tools and techniques are. We are not talking ‘aerobic’ here. Anyone, regardless (almost) of their physical condition can do this.
In the three workshops this spring at the Mill (www.pantyrynn.weebly.com) below, we will spend the morning learning the ten minute daily energy routine. You will begin to understand more about your body’s subtle energies through this alone. In the afternoon we will bespoke the routine. In other words we will look at each person’s situation and needs by my energy testing you, and so add on other energy exercises to benefit that individual. Obviously this means you need to be comfortable with sharing about yourself in a group context. If you don’t want to do that, I’m sure you will still learn from what goes on with the others in the group.
